The Short Call Durations menu allows you to create time durations for short calls based on client and script.
Navigate to the Short Call Durations module from the Company Data menu. (Company Data > Call Data > Short Call Durations)
To return to the previous page, click the Back button. To print the module, click the Print button.

- To add a new short call duration, click on the Add New Short Call Duration button in the blue module bar.
- To edit an existing short call duration, click on the edit pencil next to the short call duration you wish to edit.
- A new Short Call Duration Details window will pop up.

- Choose a Client from the Client drop down list.
- Choose a Script from the Script drop down list.
- Enter the maximum number of seconds for a call to be considered a short call.
- Click the Save button and the short call duration will be added and the Short Call Duration Details window will close.
- To cancel any of the current changes you have made, click the Cancel button. This will close the Short Call Duration Details window without saving any changes.
To delete the short call duration, click the Delete button. This will prompt you to make sure you want to delete this item. Clicking yes will delete the short call duration and close the Short Call Duration Details window.
Note: You cannot delete when you are trying to add a new short call duration.
- To print the current Short Call Duration Details window, click the Print button.
