Navigate to the Call Type module from the Company Data menu. (Company Data > Call Data > Call Type)

To return to the previous page, click the  Back button. To print the module, click the Print button.


The Call Types module is pre-loaded with three default call types:  Customer Service, Inbound, and Outbound.  These call types cannot be edited or deleted.
