You can use the Calls By DNIS Report to view statistics for a Campaign grouped by DNIS.  The report shows the total calls, number answered, number dropped, number short calls, percent answered, percent dropped, percent short, Avg Talk Time, Avg RT, Avg DT, number of orders, and revenue.

Calls By DNIS Report Column Definitions
# In	Number of calls that came into the call collector

# Drp	Number of dropped calls in the call collector
# Shrt	Number of calls that were 15 seconds or less or a defined short call duration set up in OLX

Avg RT	Total Ring Duration / # In
Avg DT	(Total Call Duration - Total Ring Duration) for dropped calls / # In

FILTERS
Date Range	The date the call/order came in
Time Range	The time the call/order came in
Client	The client of the source of the call/order
Campaign	The campaign of the source of the call/order
Location	The location of the call/order
Single DNIS	The DNIS of the call/order is equal to the entered DNIS
GROUPING
Campaign	The campaign of the source of the call/order
Date	The date the call/order came in
DNIS	The DNIS of the call/order
Call Hour	The hour the call/order came in
