What Are Scripts

Scripts are the rules setup for order entry, whether the order is entered into the system via order import or manually entered. Each script is tied to one or more DNIS that in turns ties the order to a Client, Campaign and Source.

Scripts have multiple parts, each with their own settings that have to be configured. Each tab within the Script Profile needs to be setup for optimal use.

What Are Custom Fields

Custom Fields are additional optional fields that can be used when placing orders to provide additional information not already accounted for. Custom Fields are not required for an order to be placed.

Where will I see this within OLX?

Custom Fields will show on your Order Detail Screen in the Campaign Information section.

From the Order Entry Screen you will select the radio button for Demographic and the Custom Fields will populate below.

What Reports Can Be Pulled?

The Demographics Report will display the custom fields that were used for calls.

What Imports/Exports Relate to Custom Fields?

All of the order imports whether it be via API or other have a field available for the custom fields to be listed with each order.

Setting Up

Manage Scripts: Custom Fields

To add your own custom demographics, check the check box in the Enable column.
Enter a label for the demographic.
If the demographic is required, check the check box in the Require column.
Select a data type from the drop-down list.
If the data type selected is LIST enter a list of values. Each list value should be entered on a new line.
If the data type selected is not LIST, s et the minimum and maximum values for the demographic.

* To save the current script click the Save button .
* To cancel any of the current changes you have made click the Cancel button .
This will close the Script Properties window without saving any changes.
* To apply the current changes you have made click the Apply button .
* To print the current Script Properties window click the Print button .
* To delete the current script click the Delete button .
This will prompt you to make sure you want to delete this item.

Clicking OK will delete the script and close the Script Properties window.

YOU CANNOT DELETE WHEN YOU ARE TRYING TO ADD A NEW SCRIPT.

Next, click the Demographic tab to choose any required demographics.
