Demographics Report Definitions
This report displays custom and demographic information for calls. Each custom or demographic value will be preceded with the group name i.e. "Custom1" Group or "Age" group.
| Demographics Report Column Definitions |
| Count | The count of the demographic field for that grouping level |
| Percent | The percentage of that demographic field for that grouping level |

| Date Range | The date of the call |
| Client | The client of the source of the call |
| Campaign | The campaign of the source of the call |
| Media Type | The media type of the source of the call |
| Single DNIS | The DNIS of the call |

| GROUPING |
| All Scripts | Show metrics for all scripts (will not group by script name) |
| Age | Age values |
| Custom1 | Custom1 values |
| Custom2 | Custom2 values |
| Custom3 | Custom3 values |
| Custom4 | Custom4 values |
| Custom5 | Custom5 values |
| Gender | Gender values |
| Script | Script name |
| Team | The team of the employee who took the call |
| Employee | The employee who took the call |
