CS Comments Export is an export of comments found on the Customer Record.

This report will correlate to the CS Activities section on the Customer Record.

What Imports/Exports Relate to Return Report?

  1. At this time there are no imports/exports related to the report


Setup

You'll notice this specific report is formatted uniquely. The report will open as the following popup:

  1. Date selection
    1. can be set manually by typing in the mm/dd/yyyy OR
    2. calendar can be used to select dates
  2. add 
    1. will display popup for that particular filter and allow you to make additional selections
      1. Left menu 'excludes", keeps items from being displayed
      2. Right menu "includes", will only display items that match criteria displayed
      3. to make selection
        1. Highlight the selection from the Exclude these items list 
          1. Click the  right single arrow to move it to the Include these items list
          2. To move all of the selections from Exclude these items to Include these items click the  right double arrows 
        2. To select multiple options,
          1. Click on the first record desired
          2. Press and hold the CTRL button on your keyboard while selecting additional records
          3. Click the  right single arrow to move to the Include these items list
        3. To move columns back to Exclude these items from Include these items list, repeat the steps above and click the
          1.  single left arrow to move one or highlighted only item(s)
          2.   left double arrows to move all
  3. clear  will clear all selections made
  4. Export  this will export to a .txt file
  5. Export To CSV With Addr Info  will export to a .csv file
  6. Exit  will close the popup

Order Date or Comment Date:
  1. orders placed in the date range
    1. example if you run a report for month of Feb
      1. potentially you could have an order placed in Feb and a new item added in March.
      2. The March item will show on this report because the order date does not have a dependency on the line item addition
  2. comment created in the date range
    1. example if you run a report for month of Feb
      1. potentially you could have a comment created in Feb on an order created any time in the past up to the date of the comment.
The name of the product offer
  1. add - will display a popup list of Product Codes that can be selected
    1. Save - will save the selected options to the filter
    2. Cancel - will close the popup without saving selected options
  2. clear - will clear the selected
The product group of the items on the order
  1. add - will display a popup list of Product Codes that can be selected
    1. Save - will save the selected options to the filter
    2. Cancel - will close the popup without saving selected options
  2. clear - will clear the selected
The activity type associated to the comment
  1. add - will display a popup list of Product Codes that can be selected
    1. Save - will save the selected options to the filter
    2. Cancel - will close the popup without saving selected options
  2. clear - will clear the selected
The employee who created the comment
  1. add - will display a popup list of Product Codes that can be selected
    1. Save - will save the selected options to the filter
    2. Cancel - will close the popup without saving selected options
  2. clear - will clear the selected
