What Is Export Archive

The Export Archives page contains a list of all exports you have run and has them available to be saved in .CSV format to your computer.

Notes
All files containing sensitive information will be purged at 12:00AM the day after they were created.

Where Will I See This Within OLX?

Files ran via Exports will show in this menu.

What Reports Can Be Pulled?

  1. at this time there are no specific reports that relate to export archive

Trouble Shooting

  1. The file has been purged as is required by PCI compliance

    1. The file is too old and has been purged. There will not be a record in OLX.


Setup




Tool Bar

Utilizing the buttons on the tool bar  you can: 
Go back to the previous screen 
Print 


Filter


Choose a client from the Client drop down list.
Choose a spec from the Spec Name drop down list.
After a spec is chosen, the DataGrid will be populated with all the exports for that spec.

If you need to search further, you can use the filter options to narrow down the displayed selections.


  1. File Name
  2. Export Date
  3. # Transactions
Add additional filters by click the Add button 
Apply the filtered selections by clicking Apply Filter 
Remove the filtered selections by clicking Remove Filter 
You can set the number of records to be displayed 
 


Action Buttons and Columns

  1.  Click the Save File button
      1. Check the box to Accept and click Download
      2. Depending how old the file is, you may see the following instead of list of exceptions
        1. The file has been purged as is required by PCI compliance.
    1. Hovering over the  Save File button will display a history of previous downloads

  2. File Name
  3. Export Date
    1. the month/day/year hour:minute AM or PM file exported (server time)
  4. # Transactions
    1. how many lines were in the file

NotesClicking on any of the headers will sort the lister page. First click sorts ascending, second click sorts descending
