What Are Stations

The Stations area is where you set up information for your media outlets and include media formats for the station.
Utilizing the buttons on the tool bar 
 

 
you can: 
Go back to the previous screen 
Add new 
Print 
Minimize module 


Filter

You can use the filter options to narrow down the displayed selections.



  1. Broadcast Area Code
  2. Broadcast Zip Code
  3. Client
  4. Media Type
  5. Station
Add additional filters by click the Add button 
Apply the filtered selections by clicking Apply Filter 
Remove the filtered selections by clicking Remove Filter 
To show inactive accounts in the displayed records check Show Inactive 
You can set the number of records to be displayed 



Add New


  1. To copy an existing record, click on the copy button next to the record you want to copy.
  2. To edit an existing record, click on the edit pencil next to the record you wish to edit.
  3. To add a new record, click on the Add New button in the blue module bar.
    1. A new window will pop up.

Station Details



  1. Enter the Station Name.
  2. Select the Client associated.
  3. Enter the Company Name.
  4. Enter the Contact First Name.
    1. this is the contact for the station.
  5. Enter the Contact Last Name.
    1. this is for the station
  6. Enter the Address.
    1. this is for the station
  7. Enter the City.
    1. this is for the station
  8. Enter the State.
    1. this is for the station
  9. Enter the Zip Code.
    1. this is for the station
  10. Enter the Phone number.
    1. this is for the station
  11. Enter the e-mail address.
    1. this is for the station
  12. Enter the Broadcast Area Code.
    1. Area code covered by the transmission of the station
  13. Enter the Broadcast Zip Code.
    1. Zip code covered by the transmission of the station
  14. Enter the DMA (market area).
    1. Designated market area
  15. Indicate whether advertising is exclusive to this media.
    1. checked will keep more than one media schedule from being created with the same DNIS and run time
  16. Enter any notes.
  17. Enter a Fax number
    1. this is for the station
  18. Enter a website
    1. this is for the station
  • To select the media formats for this station, select the Media Formats Tab.

Media Formats



  1. Select the Media Type of the station or click  Add to Add a new Media Type.
  2. Select the Media Formats available under this Media Type
  3. Or click Add New Media Type.

* To save the changes click the Save button .
* To cancel any of the current changes you have made click the Cancel button .
      This will close the window without saving any changes.
* To apply the current changes you have made click the Apply button .
* To print the current window click the Print button .
* To delete the selection click the Delete button .
      This will prompt you to make sure you want to delete this item.

  • Clicking OK will delete the selected item and close the window.
