The Stations area is where you set up information for your media outlets and include media formats for the station.

To return to the previous page, click the  Back button. To print the module, click the  Print button.


The screen lists Station, Broadcast Area Code, Broadcast Zip Code, Media Type and Client

  1. To edit an existing Station, click on the  edit pencil next to the Station you wish to edit.
  2. A new Station Data window will pop up defaulted on the Station Details tab.


  1. Enter the Station Name.
  2. Select the Client associated.
  3. Enter the Company Name.
  4. Enter the Contact First Name.
  5. Enter the Contact Last Name.
  6. Enter the Address.
  7. Enter the City.
  8. Enter the State.
  9. Enter the Zip Code.
  10. Enter the Phone number.
  11. Enter the e-mail address.
  12. Enter the Broadcast Area Code.
  13. Enter the Broadcast Zip Code.
  14. Enter the DMA (market area).
  15. Indicate whether advertising is exclusive to this media.
  16. Enter any notes.
  17. Enter a Fax number.
  18. Enter a website.
  • To select the media formats for this station, select the Media Formats Tab.


  1. Select the Media Type of the station or click  Add to Add a new Media Type.
  2. Select the Media Formats available under this Media Type, or click Add New Media Type.

     
  • Click the  Save button.  The Station information will be saved, and the window will close.
  • To cancel any of the current changes you have made, click the  Cancel button. This will close the Station Data window without saving any changes.
  • To delete the Station, click the  Delete button. This will prompt you to make sure you want to delete this item. Clicking yes will delete the Station and close the Station Details window.

    Note: You cannot delete when you are trying to add a new Station.
  • To print the current Station window, click the  Print button.
