The Media Formats section is where you set up Media Formats that are associated with a TV/Radio Station or other media outlet.

To return to the previous page, click the  Back button. To print the module, click the   Print button.

The screen lists Media Format, Media Type and Client. 

1. To add a new Media Format, click on the  Add New Media Format button in the blue module bar.
   
2. To edit an existing Media Format, click on the  edit pencil next to the Media Format you wish to edit.
   
3. A new Media Format Details window will pop up.
   

1. Enter a name for the Media Format.
   
2. Select the Client that the Media Format is associated to.
   
3. Select the Media Type or click the  Add button to add a new one.
   
4. Choose a station (or media outlet) from the drop down list to add to this Media Format.  Click the  Add Station button to add it to the format.
   
   
   
   Note: The station list is dependent on the media type selected. Only stations of the type selected will appear.
   

• Click  to create a new station from the media format window.
  
• To delete a station from the Format, click the  red X next to the station name.
  

• Click the  Save button and the Media Format will be saved with the selected Stations, and the window will close.
  
• To cancel any of the current changes you have made, click the  Cancel button. This will close the Media Format Details window without saving any changes.
  
• To delete the Media Format, click the  Delete button. This will prompt you to make sure you want to delete this item. Clicking yes will delete the Media Format and close the Media Format Details window.
  
  
  
  Note: You cannot delete when you are trying to add a new Media Format.
  
• To print the current Media Format window, click the  Print button.
