This report lists all sources entered into OLX.

| Campaign | The campaign of the source |
| Source | The name of the source |
| Client | The client of the source |
| DNIS | The DNIS of the source |
| Phone Number | The toll free number attached to this source (if applicable) |
| Create Date | The date the source was created |
| Active | Whether or not the source is active |
| Promo Code(s) | A list of promo code names attached to the source |
