What Is Email Address Not Accepted
There are times invalid email addresses can cause disruptions with other integrations within your system. You can create script rules to catch invalid email address on order entry and handle prior to the order reaching another system process and causing errors.
Utilizing the buttons on the tool bar

you can:
Go back to the previous screen

Add new

Print

Minimize module

Filter
You can use the filter options to narrow down the displayed selections.
Client
Date Added
End Date
Script Name
Start Date
Add additional filters by click the Add button

Apply the filtered selections by clicking Apply Filter

Remove the filtered selections by clicking Remove Filter

To show inactive accounts in the displayed records check Show Inactive

You can set the number of records to be displayed

Add New
Edit the Script you wish to add an Email Address Not Accepted rule to. Navigate to the Rules tab.
- To edit an existing record, click on the edit pencil next to the record you wish to edit.
- To add a new record, click on the Add New button.
- A new window will pop up.

- Set the Rule Name
- Select type of order to be used on:
- Use for order entry
- use for imports
- Set Action:
- Reject Order
- Hold Order for Review
- Reason
- Set Error Memo
- If Condition tab
- Add
- Unconditional
- Save

- Then Condition tab
- Add
- Email Address
- Match Required
- Selected - the following criteria if checked must match
- if it does not match action set above is triggered
- Not Selected - the following criteria if checked must NOT match
- if it does match action set above is triggered
- Pattern:
- You can utilize the * carrot character as a "wild card" to allow for anything to come before/between/after a specific sequence you're looking for.
- You can reject for order entry to force agent to adjust email before submitting order and then create another to Hold Order for Review for imports if you'd like or Hold Order for Review for all. Depends on what you are wanting to do for your business rules.

You MUST save each condition, the rule, and the script
* To save the changes click the Save button

* To cancel any of the current changes you have made click the Cancel button

This will close the window without saving any changes.
* To delete the selection, click the Delete button

This will prompt you to make sure you want to delete this item.
