The system desktop is an administration area of the system.

Current Users Logged On

Tool Bar

Utilizing the buttons on the tool bar  you can: 
Print 

Filter

You can use the filter options to narrow down the displayed selections.


  1. Employee Number
  2. Extension
  3. Idle Time
  4. IP Address
  5. Name
  6. Start Time
  7. User Name
Add additional filters by click the Add button 
Apply the filtered selections by clicking Apply Filter 
Remove the filtered selections by clicking Remove Filter 
To show inactive accounts in the displayed records check Show Inactive 
You can set the number of records to be displayed 
 


How To


View users currently logged into the system, displaying

  1. Username
  2. Name
  3. Employee Number
  4. Start Time
  5. Idle Time
  6. IP Address
  7. Extension

To log a person out of the system, click the delete  icon next to the username.

Alert
It is important to note that the Role selected for the employee will determine the menu's available to be seen by the user/group. The module permissions will not override the Role permissions.
To edit the module permissions, select a module from the drop-down menu and click on the pencil icon.
    1. The Manage Module Permissions window will pop up.
    2. Select group or user from drop down list.
    3. To add the user or group to the permission, click the Add button. This will grant the user or group that permission.
    4. To edit right access, click the Edit  icon for the user or group you wish to edit.
      1. You can then click the Read, Edit and/or Delete checkboxes.
        1. Read
          1. unchecked - NO, user will not be able to read/view date
          2. checked - YES, user will have be able to read/view data
        2. Edit *Read is a required permission to enable this permission*
          1. unchecked - NO, user will not be able to edit date
          2. checked - YES, user will have be able to edit data

        3. Delete *Read is a required permission to enable this permission*
          1. unchecked - NO, user will not be able to delete date
          2. checked - YES, user will have be able to delete data
        4. To save changes, click the save icon
        5. To revert changes, click the revert icon
    5. You can delete the user by clicking on the delete  icon
* To save the changes to the user or group right access, click the  Save icon.
* To cancel the changes to the user or group right access, click the  Cancel icon.
* To remove a user or group from the permission, click the  Delete icon. The user or group will no longer have permission to that module.
* To print the current window, click the Print button .

Manage Process Rights

Utilizing the buttons on the tool bar  you can:

How To


  1. To manage process rights, choose a process from the drop-down menu and click the edit icon next to the drop-down list.
  2. The Manage Process Permissions window will pop up.
  3. To add all the user or groups on the available list to the selected list, click on the double right arrow  icon.
  4. To add the selected users or groups to the selected list, click on the right arrow  icon.
  5. To remove a user or group, or multiple user or groups, from the selected list, select the user or groups you wish to move and click on the left arrow  icon.
  6. To remove all the user or groups from the selected list and put them back on the available list, click the double left arrow  icon.
* To save the changes click the Save button .
* To cancel any of the current changes you have made click the Cancel button .
      This will close the window without saving any changes.
* To delete the selection, click the Delete button .
      This will prompt you to make sure you want to delete this item.
      
      Clicking OK will delete the selected item and close the window.
* To print the current window, click the Print button .
