The Source Calls/Orders area is where you can preview calls and orders and select orders to be sourced. Any orders which can be sourced are generated through a DNIS which is part of a Media Schedule.

Call/Order information will be displayed in the main window of the module. The data will include the following information:
Date
Time
DNIS
Media Buy Start Date
Media Buy Start Time
Station
Ad Copy
Difference (time between the Media Buy Start Date/Time and call/order time)
Type (call, order or both)
Sourced (whether the Call/Order has been sourced).
To generate a source for calls/orders which can be sourced, click the Process button.
This will source all orders/calls with media-attached DNIS's listed in the window.
When you click Preview again, these will show up as being sourced.
When sourcing calls and orders if the call/order was more than the amount of miles that is entered in the "Max dist in miles" field on the source screen, from the station it won't be sourced to the media schedule that was running for the DNIS. Then when you source your calls and orders, it will first look to the zip code of the call/order and if that is not present then will look to the area code.
