What Are Source Calls/Orders

The Source Calls/Orders area is where you can preview calls and orders and select orders to be sourced.   Any orders which can be sourced are generated through a DNIS which is part of a Media Schedule

Trouble Shooting

  1. No call/orders are displaying when I run the report

    1. Make sure you are selecting the correct campaign/DNIS 
      1. you may need to select show inactive to display the correct selections needed
    2. Review the distance being reviewed and consider increasing the miles

How To


    1. Enter the Start Date for the calls/orders you want to review.

    1. Enter the End Date for the calls/orders you want to review.
    1. Unchecked
    2. Checked - view only unsourced calls/orders
    1. Unchecked
    2. Checked - Enable distance-based sourcing
      1. set the Maximum distance in miles.

    1. Select a Campaign from the drop-down list.
    2. Show Inactive
      1. Unchecked - only active campaigns will display in drop-down
      2. Checked - all campaigns, regardless of status, will display in drop-down
    1. Select a DNIS from the drop-down list.
    2. Show Inactive
      1. Unchecked - only active DNIS will display in drop-down
      2. Checked - all DNIS, regardless of status, will display in drop-down
    1. Select a Type
      1. All
      2. calls only
      3. calls with orders only
      4. orders only
  1. Click  Preview to look at the selected data.  

  2. The window will display the total number of calls/orders and the number that can be sourced.
    1. Call/Order information will be displayed in the main window of the module.  The data will include the following information:
      1. Date
      2. Time
      3. DNIS
      4. Media Buy Start Date
      5. Media Buy Start Time
      6. Station
      7. Ad Copy
      8. Difference (time between the Media Buy Start Date/Time and call/order time)
      9. Type (call, order or both)
      10. Sourced (whether the Call/Order has been sourced).
  3. To generate a source for calls/orders which can be sourced, click the  Process button. 
    1. This will source all orders/calls with media-attached DNIS's listed in the window. 

    2. When you click Preview again, these will show up as being sourced.
