What Are Manage Process Rights

Manage Process Rights are the same Permissions that allow a user to edit/perform functions within the application.

Utilizing the buttons on the tool bar  you can:

To manage process rights, choose a process from the drop-down menu and click the edit  icon next to the drop-down list.
AlertIt is important to note that the Role selected for the employee will determine the menu's available to be seen by the user/group. The manage process rights will not override the Role permissions.



  1. To manage process rights, choose a process from the drop-down menu and click the edit icon next to the drop-down list.
  2. The Manage Process Permissions window will pop up.
  3. To add all the user or groups on the available list to the selected list, click on the double right arrow  icon.
  4. To add the selected users or groups to the selected list, click on the right arrow  icon.
  5. To remove a user or group, or multiple user or groups, from the selected list, select the user or groups you wish to move and click on the left arrow  icon.
  6. To remove all the user or groups from the selected list and put them back on the available list, click the double left arrow  icon.
* To save the changes click the Save button .
* To cancel any of the current changes you have made click the Cancel button .
      This will close the window without saving any changes.
* To delete the selection, click the Delete button .
      This will prompt you to make sure you want to delete this item.
      
      Clicking OK will delete the selected item and close the window.
* To print the current window, click the Print button .
