Inventory Item List Report Definitions
This report shows inventory item information for all the inventory items in the system
Definitions
| Inventory Item List Report Column Definitions | |
| SKU | The SKU of the inventory item |
| Short Description | The short description of the inventory item |
| Pref Supplier | The preferred supplier of the inventory item (None if not selected) |
| Quantity On Hand | The number of inventory items on hand |
| Committed | The number of inventory items committed |
| Total Items | Quantity On Hand + Total Items |
| On Order | The number of items currently in an active purchase order |
| Reorder Level | The reorder level of the inventory item |
| Stock Level | * NEED: When the inventory item has a backordered quantity > 0. LOW: When Total Items <= Reorder level. OUT: When Total Items = 0 Otherwise blank. |
| Back Ordered | The number of inventory items backordered |
| Avg Cost * | The average cost of the inventory item |
| Value * | The value of the inventory items |

| Category | The category of the inventory item |
| Supplier | The preferred supplier of the inventory item (None if not selected) |
| Level Type | All: Will display all inventory items. Low Level Only: Will only display inventory items where total items <= Reorder Level. Backordered Only: Will only display inventory items that have a backordered quantity > 0 |
| Showing avg cost and value * | If this checkbox is checked the Avg Cost and Value columns will be displayed |
