What Is 

Reports > Inventory Item Report - View inventory item data.
This report shows inventory item information for all the inventory items in the system

Where Will I See This Within OLX?

Inventory is seen when orders are created and shipped.

  1. OLX Inventory Adjustment Import (orderlogix.com)
  2. OLX Inventory SKU Import (orderlogix.com)
  3. OLX Inventory Supplier Import (orderlogix.com)
  4. OLX Inventory Synchronization Import (orderlogix.com)

Setup




You'll notice control buttons displayed just above the results. Review Report Tools (orderlogix.com) article for more information on how to utilize each control button. :
  1. View Report  - Displays results
    1. Displays the toolbar 
  2. Hide Controls - Hides report filters
    1. Show Controls - Displays report filters
  3. Show Schedules  - Displays schedule editor
    1. Format filter will display at top of screen
    2. Delivery and Encryption tabs will display on bottom left of screen
  4. Show Instances - Displays list of previously ran and pending reports. Click on the status to review the job log.
  5. Close  - Close out of the report popup.

Filter Definitions

FilterDefinition
CategoryThe category of the inventory item
Category Show InactiveCategories that are no longer active in the system
Category Show avg cost and valueIf this checkbox is checked the Avg Cost and Value columns will be displayed
SupplierThe preferred supplier of the inventory item (None if not selected)
Supplier Show Inactive
Suppliers that are no longer active in the system
Level Type
  1. All: Will display all inventory items.
  2. Low Level Only: Will only display inventory items where total items <= Reorder Level.
  3. Backordered Only: Will only display inventory items that have a backordered quantity > 0



Column Definitions

SKU
The SKU of the inventory item
Short Description
The short description of the inventory item
Pref Supplier
The preferred supplier of the inventory item (None if not selected)
Quantity On Hand
The number of inventory items on hand
Committed
The number of inventory items committed
Total Items
Quantity On Hand + Total Items
On Order
The number of items currently in an active purchase order
Reorder Level
The reorder level of the inventory item
Stock Level
  1. * NEED: When the inventory item has a backordered quantity > 0.
  2. LOW: When Total Items <= Reorder level.
  3. OUT: When Total Items = 0
Back Ordered
The number of inventory items backordered
Avg Cost
This is the cost of each item and is calculated automatically when new inventory is received (using the Receipts screen).
Value
This is the total inventory value for a particular item. This is calculated automatically when new inventory is received (using the Receipts screen), or when the inventory is manually adjusted (using the Adjustment screen)
