Upcoming Events

  1. Navigate to the C. S. Agent desktop by clicking the C. S. Agent menu item. 
  2. A list of upcoming events for the current user is displayed on the right side of the screen.




Upcoming Events


  1. To view the details of the event, click the magnifying glass button under the Action header for individual event records.
  2. The Customer Detail Center for that event will appear.
  3. Once that event has been marked as completed in the Customer Interactions section, the event will not be visible in the Upcoming Events section anymore.
