Time Card Report Definitions

This report is shows payroll hours and wages paid for a given date range.

Time Card Report Column Definitions
Payroll HoursThe number of payroll hours for the current grouping level
Payroll HoursPayroll hours expressed in HH:MM
Paid BreakThe number of paid break minutes for the current grouping level
Unpaid BreakThe number of unpaid break minutes for the current grouping level         
Base Wage EarnedThe base wage earned
 
FILTERS
Date RangeThe date range of the payroll records
TeamThe team of the employee
EmployeeThe employee name
DepartmentThe department the employee punched in to
ShiftThe shift name the employee worked if applicable
Show DataAll payroll data, current payroll data or processed payroll data
 
GROUPING                           
DateThe date the employee punched in
DepartmentThe department the employee punched in to
EmployeeThe employee name
Employee NumberThe employee number
Fiscal WeekThe fiscal week of the date the employee punched in
ShiftThe shift name the employee worked if applicable
