Tool Bar

Utilizing the buttons on the tool bar  you can: 
Go back to the previous screen 
Go to Product Lookup 
Go to Customer Lookup 
Go to Order Lookup 
Print 


Filter

You can use the filter options to narrow down the displayed selections.


  1. Campaign
  2. Create Date
  3. Customer Address
  4. Customer City
  5. Customer First Name
  6. Customer Last Name
  7. Customer State
  8. Customer ZipCode
  9. QA Emp Number
  10. QA First Name
  11. QA Last Name
  12. Score
  13. Survey Name

  17. Type Voice Print ID
You can set the number of records to be displayed by entering a numerical value in: 
To display updated results using the current filter results click the Refresh button: 
Apply the filtered selections by clicking Apply Filter 
Remove the filtered selections by clicking Remove Filter  


Lister Page


  1. Customer Info
    1. Click on the Customer Info link to show the Customer Detail Screen. 
  2. Survey Info
    1. To edit the survey instance, click on the edit pencil next to the survey you wish to edit. 
      1. The completed survey will appear. 

        1. Left Pane
          1. Survey Tree
          2. Legend
            1.  Required
            2.  Completed
            3.  N/A
            4.  Not Required & Not Completed
            5. Last Modified
        2. Right Pane
          1. Prev Question  will take you to the previous tree on the left menu.
          2. To cancel any of the current changes you have made click the Cancel button .
            1. This will close the window without saving any changes.
          3. To save the changes click the Save button .
          4. Done  
            1. All the surveys are complete. Click the close button to close the window

          5. Close 
          6. Next Question  will take you to the next tree on the left menu.
    2. To view the survey instance, click on the view  button. 
      1. The Survey Detail window will appear.

          1. Close
          2. Print
    3. Other Info
      1. Click on the Voice Print ID to listen to the recording.  
        1. Windows Media or your default media player will launch and play the recording.
