Notification Penetration Report Definitions
This report show calls/orders placed on imported lead data.
| Notification Penetration Report Column Definitions |
| # Leads | The number of leads imported in the Import Date Range |
| Hours Worked | The hours worked for employees who placed calls in the Call Date Range for leads imported in the Import Date Range |
| # Attempts | The number of calls placed on leads |
| Attempts/Hour | # Attempts / Hours Worked |
| Tot Call Dur (Min) | The total length of contact calls placed on leads |
| Avg Call Dur (Min) | Tot Call Dur (Min) / # Contacts |
| # Contacts | The number of calls placed on leads that did not have the disposition 'Wrong Number' or 'Keep in Bucket' |
| % Contact | # Contacts / # Attempts |
| # Orders | The number of orders generated from calls placed on leads |
| % Close | # Orders / # Contacts |
| $ Rev | The revenue (Quantity * Unit Price) + Shipping for orders generated from calls placed on leads |
