Suggested Resolution: Check to ensure that the Key/Promo Code that you have provided with your order matches exactly to an active Promo set up on the Promo Codes page in OrderLogix.
Special Considerations: This exception will also be given if the source used on the order is not selected on the set up of the promo code. The Promo code will either need to be removed from the order, or the source should be added to the Promo code.
