  1. Allow specific email profiles to be used individual notification templates. 
  2. Reorganized menu:
    1. Internal notification related tabs combined under single Internal Notification tab
    2. Renamed Notification setup to Notification Templates
    3. Removed Automated Delivery tab
      1. moved shortcut to Notifications Management screen

Bug Fixes:
  1. Fixed icon in Email Profiles popup
  2. Removed references in email profiles list and popup to Email Client and legacy connections, which did not work with modern email services.
