Navigate to Admin > Subscription to configure settings specific to subscriptions.
Subscription Labelling
You will want to match these settings to your OLX instance in
Company Data > Company > System Preferences > System/Subscriptions tab- Label - Anywhere within OLX the Label is used the term listed here will be used in place of
- Label Plural - Anywhere within OLX the Label Plural is used the term listed here will be used in place of
Allowed Customer Actions
You have control over which
action buttons will be displayed to your customers for use. By default all action buttons are enabled. To disable an action button uncheck the box next to it.
- Change Quantity
- Change Frequency
- Skip Next Shipment
- Change Next Ship Date
- Cancel Subscription
Subscription/Continuity Options
Settings here are dependent on selections made under Allowed Customer Actions
You can allow the customer to change the next ship date and set the range the new ship date can be set.
- Max allowed days before next ship date
- Max allowed days after next ship date
The customer will be notified which dates they can choose from and the provider calendar will grey out the days not within range.
As seen via Subscriptions > Edit
- Cancellation Option
- Allow customer to cancel

Message to display if user selects a subscription cancelation option
This text field allows you to customize the message shown to your customers when they request to cancel a subscription.
