The Subscriptions tab allows the customer to see the active subscriptions from all of their orders in one place. On the Admin > Subscription tab you will configure the settings your customers are able or not able to make changes within. 



At a glance customers will see:
  1. What the subscription is for
  2. When the next shipment is
  3. When the last shipment was
  4. The status of the subscription
    1. Active
    2. On Hold
    3. Cancelled
    4. Stopped
  5. The payment method and profile being used

Edit

Clicking on the edit icon  will open the Manage Subscription popup



  1. Purchase my orders using this payment
    1. This allows the customer to determine which payment profile will be active for future orders
    2. Dropdown will display the payment profiles associated to this customer
  2. Address for this payment is
    1. This is the billing address 
    2. Dropdown will display all address profiles associated to this customer
  3. Please ship my orders to
    1. This is the shipping address 
    2. Dropdown will display all address profiles associated to this customer

Clicking on the Change My Subscription button will display up to five additional action buttons (this dependent on settings found in Admin - Subscriptions).

  1. Change Quantity
    1. Clicking on Change Quantity will display a New Quantity value
    2. Insert the updated value and click Save

  2. Change Frequency
    1. Clicking on Change Frequency will display a value for Enter # days between shipments
    2. Insert the updated value and click Save

  3. Skip Next Shipment
    1. Clicking on Skip Next Shipment will ask for confirmation to skip to a specific date.
    2. Click Yes, Skip next shipment if you wish to advance to this date.


    3. Click Save
  4. Change Next Ship Date
    1. Clicking on the Change Next Ship Date button will display additional information.
      The top line will notify the customer of the date range they are able to select from
      The bottom line shows the new shipment date selected

    2. Clicking in the new shipment date field will display a calendar that has dates outside the above date range grayed out and available days are displayed in black
      Customers can click on any available days and date will automatically be set in the new shipment date field

    3. Once the save button has been clicked another popup will display on the right side of the screen verifying the record has been updated

  5. Cancel Subscription
    1. Clicking on the Cancel Subscription button will display additional information.
      The display message configured on the  Admin > Subscription tab will show on the top line
      The bottom line will display a checkbox for the customer to check and confirm they do want to cancel their subscription

    2. Once the save button has been clicked another popup will display on the right side of the screen verifying the record has been updated

    3. The edit icon will then disappear from the record and status will show as Cancelled

  1. Save - will update any changes made to the payment profile and close the popup.
  2. Cancel - will close the popup without saving any changes.
