The contact information you want your customers to utilize while they are logged in to your Customer Portal can be set up via the Admin > Company > Contact page. This information will populate when the contact button  is selected from the top right header.


  1. Customer Service Phone
    1. Enter a phone number in (xxx) xxx-xxxx format
  2. Website URL
    1. If your company has a website, copy the URL to this field
  3. Customer Service Email
    1. Insert the email address for your Customer Service
  4. Facebook Link
    1. If you have a Facebook social media account, copy the URL to this field
  5. Twitter Link
    1. If you have a Twitter social media account, copy the URL to this field
  6. Contact Button Type
    1. Your options here are:
      1. Hidden - will not show within the portal any where
      2. Text - 
      3. Phone Icon - 
      4. Email Icon - 
      5. Web Icon - 
  7. Contact Button Location
    1. You have the option to have the contact button visible on the Header or the Footer.
  8. Contact Button Text
    1. This is test that will populate when hovering over the contact button
Click on the Update button  at the top of the screen to save your changes.
