The contact information you want your customers to utilize while they are logged in to your Customer Portal can be set up via the Admin > Company > Contact page. This information will populate when the contact button
is selected from the top right header.
- Customer Service Phone
- Enter a phone number in (xxx) xxx-xxxx format
- Website URL
- If your company has a website, copy the URL to this field
- Customer Service Email
- Insert the email address for your Customer Service
- Facebook Link
- If you have a Facebook social media account, copy the URL to this field
- Twitter Link
- If you have a Twitter social media account, copy the URL to this field
- Contact Button Type
- Your options here are:
- Hidden - will not show within the portal any where
- Text -
- Phone Icon -
- Email Icon -
- Web Icon -
- Contact Button Location
- You have the option to have the contact button visible on the Header or the Footer.
- Contact Button Text
- This is test that will populate when hovering over the contact button
Click on the Update button
at the top of the screen to save your changes.
