  1. Help Request Recipient Email
    1. The email address(es) the Help Requests will be sent to

  3. Email Profile
    1. The drop down will display the Email Profiles that are setup within your OLX instance. Select which email profile you wish to associate your customer portal emails with.
    2. To setup an email profile within your OLX instance read the Email Profile article.

  5. Contact Mode
    1. Send a new email to support for every customer request
      1. This is the pre-existing and default mode
    2. Send a new email to support for each type of different request per customer/order
      1. Additional messages will not result in emails, but any new messages posted by the customer will be visible in OLX on the customer detail screen. 
    3. Send a new email to support once per customer
      1. The first customer request for a customer will result an in email being sent. After that all subsequent messages will only be visible on the OLX customer detail screen. 
    4. Don't send any email
      1. Customer requests do not result in emails being sent, but the messages still appear on the customer detail screen.
Multiple Emails: Enter an email and press Enter to add
  1. Update will save all changes made
