Navigate to the Call Dispositions module from the Company Data menu. (Company Data > Call Data > Call Dispositions)
To return to the previous page, click the Back button. To print the module, click the Print button.

- To add a new call disposition, click on the Add New Call Disposition button in the blue module bar.
- To edit an existing call disposition, click on the edit pencil next to the call disposition you wish to edit.
- A new Call Disposition Details window will pop up.
- Enter a call disposition.
- Enter the priority of the call disposition as it will appear in the drop down menu.
- Click the Save button and the call disposition will be added and the Call Disposition Details window will close.
- To cancel any of the current changes you have made, click the Cancel button. This will close the Call Disposition Details window without saving any changes.
To delete the call disposition, click the Delete button. This will prompt you to make sure you want to delete this item. Clicking yes will delete the call disposition and close the Call Disposition Details window.
Note: You cannot delete when you are trying to add a new call disposition.
- To print the current Call Disposition Details window, click the Print button.
