Explanation:  The product ordered is an autoship item and does not allow telechecks.

Suggested Resolution: Contact the customer to obtain an updated Method Of Payment that is not a telecheck. The setting to enable/disable the use of telechecks on autoship items can be found on the System/Continuity tab of the System Preferences.
