User interface improvement to Sales Order Entry prompt screen ("Enter A New Sale" on the menu)

Put standard inputs and Finder File inputs (if enabled) into separate tabs. Interface will remember the last selected tab on a per-user basis, in case one is used more often than the other. Improved styling of input fields.
