R20 p10 - New Navigation Menu

R20 p10 - New Navigation Menu

Version: 5.1
Release Number: 20
Patch: 10
Title:  New Navigation Menu
Application Category: Other,
Patch Type: Feature

Description:

Redesigned top menu. New menu accomplishes the following goals
1. Menu options larger and easier to read
2. less clicks required to get to submenu items
3. less overhead... less data sent to browser with each screen refresh.
4. Introduce tier system of common vs less common menu items. Less common items can be shown by selecting 'show more' option on menu.

Removed breadcrumbs since this information is readily seen in the content window main window anyway. Also removed username since this didn't need to be shown (however the default user on the calendar can still indicate this information). Modified the About screen to show Edition information. Move menu up into header to make more vertical space available for application screens.
