Added a small feature to allow an autoship/continuity to be un-stuck if it is on hold because a prior order has not shipped. A warning icon will be shown on the continuity line, which an agent can click to remove the hold and allow it to generate orders again.
When to use

If the order cannot be moved through the system through regular processing.
When an autoship/continuity order has created, and the order has to be cancelled (or shipment cancelled) but the autoship/continuity itself is going to remain active.
- once the order is cancelled AND the next ship date is in the past (or current date) AND autoship/continuity is not stopped or on hold
- the alert icon will display
- click on the alert icon
- a popup will display: Subscription cannot be created because the prior shipment was not complete. Do you want to ignore this and allow the next order to be created anyway?
- OK - will remove the hold and allow the next order to be created.
- Cancel - exit popup with no action taken.
- set the next ship date to when the customer wants the order to create next
