What Are Import Logs
The Import Log page contains a list of all order imports and exceptions in a .CSV format.

All files containing sensitive information will be purged at 12:00AM the day after they were created.
Go back to the previous screen

Filter
You can use the filter options to narrow down the displayed selections.
- # Duplicates
- # Exceptions
- # Imported
- # Records
- Import File Name
- Import Type
- Process Stamp
Add additional filters by click the Add button

Apply the filtered selections by clicking Apply Filter

Remove the filtered selections by clicking Remove Filter

You can set the number of records to be displayed
Click the View Import Summary button to show the number of orders imported, duplicate orders, new customers and errors encountered.- clicking on View Import Summary button produces a popup that will display your system drive and allow you to select which folder to save the summary
- navigate to folder after saving and open summary
- you will see something like below:

Click the View Exception File button to show exceptions to the log.- clicking on Download File

- Check the box to Accept and click Download
- Depending how old the file is, you may see the following instead of list of exceptions
- The file has been purged as is required by PCI compliance.
- Hovering over the View Exception File button will display a history of previous downloads


- Import File Name
- Process Stamp
- the month/day/year hour:minute AM or PM file imported (server time)
- Import Type
- Lead
- Order
- RMA (if you have a custom return import)
- # Records
- how many lines were in the file
- # Imported
- how many orders imported into OLX
- # Duplicates
- how many orders were duplicate and could not be imported
- # Exceptions
- how many orders had an exception associated and could not be imported
Clicking on any of the headers will sort the lister page. First click sorts ascending, second click sorts descending
