Problems with firewalls and setup are the most common problems with export delivery.
OLX v4.0 supports sFTP, FTPs and FTP.
Please verify that you have submitted a Firewall Rule request to OrderLogix for the IP address of the FTP site.
Please verify that the remote site supports the proper type of FTP access and that the port # is correct in the automated export setup.
The "server address" should be the domain name of the site you want to connect to, and it should end in .com, .org, .us, etc.
The "server port" is typically 21 for regular FTP, 22 for sFTP, and 990 for FTPs - but this can vary, so please get this from the receiving site's administrator.
If you must specify a directory or path for dropping of the files, this should be entered in the "folder" textbox. This can be either "/" or something like "/private/callcenter/"
The "User Name" and "Password" should be entered for all connections.
