- Removed dropdown & delete button used to delete selected columns
- Added delete icon into header on click will delete header
- When the grid type is changed, the grid build/preview is reset
- we can't have columns from different types mixed which was causing an error
- Fixed window height issue, preventing a vertical scrollbar
