Description:
Implemented interface Lock mode (to replace automatic logout due to inactivity). When the session is expired, a Lock prompt will appear on the screen, preventing further access to the application. The user can unlock session by re-entering their password.
Included changes for SIM to allow it to stay locked when the SIM form appears after lockout has already occurred. Fixed CTI logic to be able to determine when a SIM form needs to be displayed when a screen pop w/ call connect occurs.
