Suggested Resolution: Verify that you have supplied the correct quantity, prices, discounts, shipping, tax and tax rates at the product level in the QUANTITY##, PRICE##, DISCOUNT## fields, SHIPPING##, TAX_PROD## and TAX_RATE## fields.

Special Considerations: The total should include tax and shipping values. Also, if the order has more than 5 items, navigate to the next page and see if shipping or tax is duplicated on line item 6 (do this for every page if more than one).
