  1. How do I determine which agents have admin privileges on Portal?

    1. You will need to reach out to OLX support to determine this information.
  1. Email requests from Portal are not being sent to the ticketing system. 

    1. Navigate to portal > admin > company > email > Email Profile (just under halfway down on screen)
    2. OLX navigate to Company > Email Profiles. 
    3. You will want to look at the email profile that matches between 1 & 2
    4. The email account that it uses (Email profiles section) is yours. You should be able to log into that account with an email client (Outlook, windows mail, etc) and see if there are any messages failing to send.
