When using tokens orders imported to OrderLogix, either flat file or API, a placeholder credit card number must be included in the order submission. The placeholder number for each card type will need to match the card number set up in OrderLogix in the System Preferences. 

To set this up, Navigate to Company > Company > System Preferences. On the Company/New Order tab the bottom section called  Placeholder Credit Card Numbers for Tokenized Accounts  will include four text fields; one for each card type. Enter a card number for each card type in the fields. (For a list of Credit Card numbers that will pass a Mod10 Check, see our list  here .) Save the System Preferences window when complete.
