Always follow your script when collecting data.

  • You can copy the Shipping Information over from the Billing Information or you can manually enter it into the proper fields.The shipping information is required for a Sale.
  • All fields are required to contain data with the exception of the middle initial, Address 2 field and email address.
  • The zip code field will lookup the corresponding city, state and country. (Providing the system preference is defaulted to do so)
