Always follow your script when collecting data.
- The billing information is required for a Sale or Lead.
- All fields are required to contain data with the exception of the middle initial, Address 2 field and email address.
- The zip code field will lookup the corresponding city, state and country. (Providing the system preference is defaulted to do so)
- Use the
Copy to Shipping button in the lower right area of the Billing Information to fill the Shipping Information with the Billing Information. You can then click on the Shipping Information button if the customer wants the order delivered elsewhere.- Tab into the button and use your enter key
- Click on the button with your mouse
