Description:

New scheduling options for schedules that run hourly. When a schedule is set to run every hour, an additional 
options button will be displayed. This open a popup which includes the following options: 

1- A range (start and end) for eligible hours within the day for the process to run 
2. A list of individual times during the time that the schedule can run. If no specific times are added, then 
   it will default to running every one hour. 
3. Macro actions for adding several individual times at once, at a variety of intervals. 

Scheduling of instances will occur according to the times that have been chosen.
