In release R21 we have moved the quick look up and history features from the left menu pane to the top menu bar.
Hover over the magnifying glass and the lookup section will popup.
- Enter the order number or web id in the text box and choose the proper radio button
for the order type.
- Click the Go to Order button
to open the Order Details Screen for that order or Click the Go to Customer button
to open the Customer's Details Center for that order.

Quick Order Lookup
The quick order lookup can be used to access an order or customer based on an OLX order number or external web order number, from anywhere in the application.
- Enter the order number or web id in the text box and choose the proper radio button
- Click the Go to Order button
Lookup History
The lookup history shows the last ten orders and customers you have viewed.
- To access the order details screen for an order, click on the link next to the package icon.
- To access the customer details screen for a customer, click on the link next to the customer icon.
