Popup window sizing issues in OrderLogix

The OrderLogix application utilizes popup window dialogs to display data for an individual database record. When adding or editing a record in a popup window, you may run into sizing issues if the OrderLogix domain is not configured as a Trusted Site for your web browser.  You can remedy this by adding the OrderLogix Domain as a trusted site in your security tab in Intenet Exporer.

To configure a trusted site for Internet Explorer, go to the Tools>Internet Options menu and then go to the security tab. You should see a green checkmark with the words Trusted Sites below. Click on the Trusted Sites and a radio button "sites" will appear. Click on that button and you will see an area where you can add the trusted site. Add the URL that you use to access your Orderlogix system and then click on add which should then move it into the sites window below. You do not need the / and letters that come after the ".com" at the end of your URL. For example, if your URL were https://abc.orderlogix.com, you would would add that  as the URL for the trusted site:

Once you have added the site you should choose ok and back all the way out of Internet options. You wil notice that the next time that you open OLCC it will fill the entire page which will also resize any window pops within.
