What Are Payment Methods

Warning
You cannot add, edit, or delete any payment methods.
Payment Methods are hard coded in the app. If you have a need for a special payment method, you will need to open a ticket with all pertinent information for the dev team to review.

Making The Connection

Where Will I See This Within OLX?

Payment Methods are added to scripts to designated what payments are eligible for orders creation. Payment methods are also the first criteria for eligibility in payment batch processing.

What Reports Can Be Pulled?

  1. at this time there are no reports specifically related to Payment Methods
    1. there are numerous Sales and Processing reports that will display type of payment method used on orders created in database

What Imports/Exports Relate to Payment Methods

  1. at this time there are no im/exports related to Payment Methods

Setup



Tool Bar

Utilizing the buttons on the tool bar you can: 
Go back to the previous screen 
Print 
Minimize module 

Filter

You can use the filter options to narrow down the displayed selections.


  1. Client
  2. Credit Card
  3. Payment Code
  4. Payment Method
Add additional filters by click the Add button 
Apply the filtered selections by clicking Apply Filter 
Remove the filtered selections by clicking Remove Filter 
To show inactive accounts in the displayed records check Show Inactive 
You can set the number of records to be displayed
