Changes the status of the item to Shipment Delivered. This button currently does not affect the status of the inventory items associated to the item.
You can use Reports > Customer Service Reports > Customer Service Activity filtering for Reason Code = MARKSHIP_ITEM to report on the action button usage
Trouble Shooting
My item will not mark as shipped.
Only items in the following item status are eligible to be marked shipped
Item Ship Ready
Item Awaiting Ship-Confirm
Hover over the inventory icon of the item you are marking shipped
If the status is back ordered you will need to create a Tier 3 request to have an OrderLogix programmer update inventory status to Shipped.
Setup
The Shipped button is located above the line items on the bottom of the Order Detail screen.
