You can use Reports > Customer Service Reports > Customer Service Activity filtering for Activity = sys:Actions Mark as Shipped to report on the action button usage
What Is the Shipped Button?
Changes the status of the item to Shipment Delivered. This button currently does not affect the status of the inventory items associated to the item.
Only items in the following item status are eligible to be marked shipped
Item Ship Ready
Item Awaiting Ship-Confirm
Hover over the inventory icon of the item you are marking shipped
If the status is back ordered, you will need to create a Tier 3 request to have an OrderLogix programmer update inventory status to Shipped.
Only debit or exchange items are eligible to be marked shipped
Setup
eligible items are debit or exchange items AND in one of the following statuses: Item Ship Ready or Item Awaiting Ship-Confirm
The Shipped button is located above the line items on the bottom of the Order Detail screen.
Select the items you wish to mark as shipped.
If you want to select all the items, click the Check All link.
If you want to deselect all the items, click the Uncheck All link.
Choose a shipment processing account from the Shipment Processing Account drop down list.
Enter a tracking number for the shipment.
Choose a reason from the Reason drop down list.

Enter any notes about the item in the notes section.
notes here will display on the customer record
Click the Save button to save your changes and mark the selected items as shipped.
To cancel any of the current changes you have made, click the Cancel button. This will close the Mark Item as Shipped window without saving any changes.
What to Expect
Selected items will now show with item status of Shipment Delivered or Shipped Awaiting Settlement.
Item will update on Customer Portal to show as "Shipped"
The items being marked as shipped will create a new shipment transaction for those items and should not be associated to a current shipment transaction for the order.
Will update the status of the customers autoships which prevents a new order until the last has shipped.
Will update the Next Ship Date on customers autoships.
