Use the list filter to refine the data in the list you are currently viewing.
  • For example, you can change the amount of items that display in the list by changing the default value of 20 in the Show records per page and clicking the Refresh button.
  • Choose a field from the "Choose Filter" drop down menu, apply an operator and a value to limit the list; then click the Apply Filter button to constrain the list to only those items that meet the criteria.
  • You can further the constraint by applying a second, third, and fourth filter item and value.
  • To remove the filter, click on the Remove Filter button and the list will return to all items.
  • The current filter option is displayed to the right labeled Current Filter.
  • Some filters will have an Excel button. When you click this button the current items displayed on the lister page will be exported to excel for easy viewing later.
