How Do I Find an Order in Authorize.net?
- Login to OrderLogix
- Navigate to the order
- Click on the item status to display the transaction detail popup
- The batch name will tell you which account was used
- Copy the Authorization Code
- Navigate to Authorize.net
- Login
- Click on Transaction Search
- Under Settlement Data select either
- All Settled
- Unsettled
- or specific date
- Under Transaction
- set the ID field to the Authorization Code from OrderLogix
OR - Invoice Number typically matches the OrderLogix Web Order Number
- click Search
