How Do I Find An Order In Authorize.net?

  1. Login to OrderLogix
    1. Navigate to the order
    2. Click on the item status to display the transaction detail popup
    3. The batch name will tell you which account was used
    4. Copy the Authorization Code
  2. Navigate to Authorize.net
    1. Login
    2. Click on Transaction Search
    3. Under Settlement Data select either
      1. All Settled
      2. Unsettled
      3. or specific date     
    4. Under Transaction
      1. set the ID field to the Authorization Code from OrderLogix
        OR
      2. Invoice Number typically matches the OrderLogix Web Order Number
    5. click Search
