The Customer Selection window appears when a call is being entered that is associated with a number or record, that is already in the system, and provides a list of customers to choose from based on their telephone number.


  • To select a customer, select the radio button to the left of the customer and click Submit, or click on the customer name.
  • Click  Cancel to save the call information without associating with a customer. 

Once the selection is made, and all necessary disposition fields are filled, the call/wrap up window will appear in the top frame.

From here, you can close the window and return to either the CS Agent or Sales Agent Desktop.
