The CTI Info tab is displayed automatically when an agent is logged into the phone and available for ACD calls.  A sidebar with with customer information appears when the call is placed from a phone number used by previous customers.


  1. Screenpop Information � Displays information regarding the current inbound call including the telephone number (if recognized by ANI), the campaign (DNIS) that the caller is inquiring about, your extension and the duration of the call.
  2. Sidebar Customer Selection and Lead Information � The information regarding the current inbound call including caller name and address (if found in our database), the campaign that the caller is inquiring about and the actual media source associated with the toll free number that was called.
  3. Clear Display - Clears information from previous call. 
    Note:   Any new call information (dialed or recieved) will automatically overwrite the previous caller data.
  4. Navigation buttons:
  • Go To CS - Goes to the Customer Detail Screen with a matching customer record based on the ANI.
  • Go To Lead - Goes to existing Call Detail Screen (a call that didn't result in an order).
  • Go To Call/Order - Goes to a Call Entry window with a script for customer service DNIS's and Sales Order Entry screen for order DNIS's.
