The OrderLogix Softphone allows you to receive calls through your PBX, bring up customer information with a click of a button and call customers back using a number of different screens.

Telephone status � This area shows the current status of the telephone. Status values include:

Ringing
-
In ACD Call
-
Outgoing Call
-
Idle
-
Wrap Up

Expand/Contract Buttons - The
/
expand/contract buttons allow you to hide/show the Navigational Tab and Telephone Display.

Telephone Display � This area will show Caller Name and Caller ID for regular inbound calls, DNIS and ANI for ACD Inbound Calls and Dialed Number and Account Code for Outbound calls.

ACD Status Indicators � ACD Logged In and Available are indicated by Red Lights (off) and Green Lights (on).
Navigational Tabs � Two tabs allow for navigating to different areas of functionality:

Dial Tab
- This tab has the dial pad for number dialing and all of the telephone action buttons.

Info Tab
- This tab has the pickup/hangup button, the Campaign and Source Information and the Sales and CS screen navigation buttons.

About Tab
- This tab allows you to change extensions using the Change Extension button.

This feature is only available for PBX systems with this capability.

Context Sensitive Sidebar � This area will automatically expand with a list of callers who match the ANI (CallerID) of the inbound call.
To chose a match, click on the radio button next to the matching record and the information will be presented in the Caller section of the Information screenpop.
