Condition > Product Ordered Before

When you click on a button to bring up Interactive Settings popup, you can set criteria for how that button will behave.


You can group conditions together so that multiple conditions are taken as a singular criterion within the system
  1. Select Add Condition
  2. Select AND or OR
    1. AND - both conditions must be true
    2. OR - only one condition must be true
  3. From the dropdown, select Product Ordered Before

  1. Product Offer
    1. dropdown will display all product offers created in system - without filter
      Alert
      You are responsible in making sure the offer is added to the script
  2. Selected
    1. unchecked - If Product Offer [values] has not been purchased before, trigger action
    2. checked - If Product Offer [values] is purchased before, trigger action
  3. Save - save changes and close popup
    1. Cancel - closes popup with no changes made
    2. Delete - removes condition
  4. When all conditions are set you can move on to Action.

Use Cases and Example

You may have a gift being added to orders placed within a specific time frame, but you only want to send one gift per customer, regardless how many times the customer places an order during the specified time.

You can select the gift offer as product ordered before and check the box to skip the gift form and send the agent forward in the call. Along with this you can set a second action where you can select the gift offer as product ordered before and UNcheck the box to send the agent to the gift form where it can then be added to the order.
